By accessing or using BrawdPosts (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

BrawdPosts is an AI-powered social media content creation, scheduling, and management platform. Features include AI content generation, image and video creation, content repurposing, social media scheduling, analytics, and team collaboration tools.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Subscription and Billing

• Free trials last 7 days and provide full access to your selected plan's features.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase for paid plans.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
• AI credits are allocated per billing cycle and roll over for one cycle.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Generate or distribute harmful, illegal, or deceptive content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Spam or send unsolicited messages
• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract our AI models
• Abuse API rate limits or circumvent usage restrictions
• Impersonate others or create misleading content

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. AI-generated content is licensed to you for commercial and personal use.

7. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI tools is provided “as-is.” You are responsible for reviewing and editing all AI-generated content before publishing. We do not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or appropriateness of AI-generated content.

8. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party social media platforms. We are not responsible for the terms, policies, or actions of these platforms. Your use of connected social accounts is subject to each platform's terms of service.

9. Limitation of Liability

BrawdPosts is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and your data will be deleted within 30 days.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
